What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you are interested in, vehicle year/make/model (optional), notes you provide, and any photos you choose to upload. We also collect basic site usage data (page views, click events) via Google Analytics 4 to improve the website.
How we use it
Contact information is used exclusively to respond to your quote request and to communicate about your appointment, install, and post-install follow-up. We push quote leads into our shop management system (Shopmonkey) to create a customer record. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Photo uploads
Photos you attach to a quote form are stored privately on our cloud storage provider (Supabase). They are used only to provide a more accurate quote. We retain photos for up to 24 months after the quote was received, then delete them. We do not publish customer photos to social media or marketing channels without explicit written permission.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure aggregate site performance. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google. We do not use advertising cookies or remarketing pixels.
Your rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by emailing info@perfectionwraps.com. We will respond within 30 days.
