We warranty in writing.
Every product we install carries the manufacturer's written warranty — not a verbal "we'll take care of you." You leave with a warranty card. Workmanship is backed by us directly.

- MANUFACTURER COVERAGE
- 5–7 year manufacturer warranty against premature fading, cracking, and delamination. Garage-kept vehicles often see 7–8 year real-world life.
- INSTALLATION WARRANTY
- 1 year workmanship warranty on lifting edges, bubbles, and adhesive failure under normal use.
PAINT PROTECTION FILM (PPF)

- MANUFACTURER COVERAGE
- 10 year clarity warranty against yellowing, cracking, and peeling. Self-healing top coat repairs minor swirls with heat.

- 1 year workmanship warranty on edge-tucking, alignment, and adhesive failure under normal use.

- 2–9 year manufacturer warranty depending on tier. Annual decontamination service required to maintain warranty coverage.
- INSTALLATION WARRANTY
- Curing inspection at 30 days. We re-apply at no cost if cure fails within the first 90 days due to install error.

- Lifetime workmanship warranty on edge-cleanliness and bubble-free finish on the original installer (us).
LIMITS / WHAT'S NOT COVERED
Honest exclusions.
- Stone chips through PPF: 8-mil PPF absorbs most stone strikes, but a direct strike from a large rock at highway speed can puncture the film and the paint underneath. PPF is not body armor.
- Pre-existing paint defects: swirls, rock chips, and clear-coat failure that existed before install are not covered. We document paint condition with photos before every install.
- Damage from automated brush carwashes: hand wash only. Brush carwashes void all wrap, PPF, and ceramic warranties.
- Improper aftercare: wax, polish, or solvent-based detail products used on wraps or PPF can damage the topcoat. We provide care instructions with every install.
- Removal of film by another shop: the warranty transfers if removed by us. Aftermarket removal voids the manufacturer warranty.
CLAIM / HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Call us first.
If you have an issue you believe is covered, call the shop at 678-384-2956 or email info@perfectionwraps.com. Bring the vehicle in for inspection. If the issue is covered, we contact the manufacturer on your behalf — you do not deal with paperwork. Most claims resolve within 30 days.
